Being a student, a designer and a blogger can be stressful at times. Sometimes, I have to take a step back and just relax. Calm.com is a relaxation therapy website that allows you take 2-20 minute sessions to calm your mind. I’ve been meditating with calm.com for a week now and I’ve surprisingly noticed many changes with my body and lifestyle. I take the 20 mins sessions every night before I go to bed and not only does it refresh me but I’ve started to think more positive. Being positive has been one of my new years resolutions because I get affected by people and their comments quite easily which eventually affects everything I do. I had to find a way to think in a different direction and simply let it go. Calm.com helped me do exactly that. You guys have to try it, 2 minutes of your day wouldn’t hurt.
