REVIEW: SoH Art And Beauty Salon

Over the last couple of months, I’ve noticed that there have been so many new concept stores and salons that have been introduced in Dubai. I want to try them all but one of the salons that caught my eye was the SoH Art and Beauty Salon. So, I decided to try out their classic mani-pedi, and I have to say, it was one of the best mani-pedi’s I’ve had in a long time. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by their staff that were super friendly. They guided me to their mani-pedi stations that were pre-set for me. The service started off with a complimentary shoulder massage as well as a spa treatment that required me to sniff and choose between three aroma oils and was asked to deep breath the one a choose. The whole point of this was to enlighten your mood since each oil was meant for a different mood. I don’t know whether I explained the process well, you have to experience it, but I thought that was a bonus! The mani-pedi was like how a regular one is but one thing I noticed was that the girls were super hygienic and made sure my nails look super clean! Joy and Sicilia did my manicure and pedicure, and they were the best, so sweet and super friendly. If you guys are planning try SoH, make sure you book your appointment with these girlies! SoH is also known for their comical/cute nail art, so I decided to try out a simple design where I crystallized one nail on each hand and it turned out to look beautiful!

Overall, I enjoyed my experience at SoH, and I’m going to go back very soon! They offer many other services like waxing and hair styling. Make sure you check out their Instagram feed for more info!

This place is awful! The polishes are old and they are too cheap to replace them. It’s not hygienic and everywhere is dirty. The staff are too busy doing each other’s hair and nails to clean up! Forget nail art- they can’t do a French manicure
