THE TOP 5 DRUGSTORE FOUNDATIONS EVER

1. Rimmel Match perfection (Sand):
When it comes to foundations, I always go for the natural look . I tend to use either a buffing brush or sponges to apply them on but recently the beauty blender is all I’ve been using. With these 5 foundations I find that they apply on easy and have a natural finish. The Rimmel Match perfection is my everyday foundation, it looks so flawless  and blends really well. The only downside is that it doesn’t have full coverage and isn’t long lasting but overall it’s a great foundation if you aim for the natural look.

2. Covergirl Tru Blend:
I have only used this foundation a couple of times but I love it! It matches my skin perfectly. It’s not to runny and it sets perfectly. This foundation suits all skin types as well!

3. L’oreal True match Lumi:
For girls with dry skin, this foundation is for you, it does make your skin look really healthy, dewy and a bit shiny too. Again, it blends and layers really well, I like to apply it with the real techniques buffing brush rather than a damp beauty blender since the foundation is already quite runny, I prefer something dry for application. I have to say that it doesn’t set well so I recommend you use the Maybelline translucent powder to set the foundation.

4. Neutrogena Healthy Skin:
The Neutrogena make-up line is by far my favorite drugstore brand and the best! Unfortunately, It isn’t available in the Middle East but I do think it is available online. This foundation is so good! It does everything is says it does and it suits all skin types. You can apply it however you want you and it will look flawless, no matter what. Whenever I choose to apply it, I use a buffing brush and it lasts the whole day and is quite lightweight too. I do tend to use the Neutrogena healthy skin primer before applying the foundation but it does work well without it too. There is a great selection of colors and it does have SPF in it which is amazing especially with this hot weather! If you like foundation with a bit more coverage but not too heavy, you should definitely go for this one.

5. Maybelline Dream Liquid mousse:
This foundation was a bit of a experiment for me, when I applied it alone without a primer it looked really cakey and thick. The second time I tried it, I mixed it with the Rimmel Match Perfection to make it a little more runny and I loved how it looked on my skin. If you are new to applying foundation and still experimenting, I would recommend this foundation. If you are a bit of a pro and know your skin tone and texture well, its definitely worth experimenting with this one!

I only tried the L’oreal true match and it goes into fine line, do you know if the lumi does that too? I have dry skin so this might be good for me. Ill try it, thanks for the review
